AI use disclosure
City pages are drafted with AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6), reviewed by our editorial team, and published only after passing uniqueness and factual-accuracy checks. One in every ten pages receives full human review.

What we do not do
- Do not publish fake reviews or fabricated installer profiles.
- Do not claim contractor licenses or registrations we do not hold (we are a referral directory).
- Do not manufacture, sell, or install storm shelters — installs are by independent licensed contractors.
- Do not guarantee HMGP grant awards. The Hazard Mitigation Grant Program is competitive, time-limited after each federally-declared disaster, and administered by ADEM under federal FEMA rules.
- Do not provide structural-engineering or code interpretation. FEMA P-361, ICC-500, and local AHJ requirements vary; always defer to a licensed Arkansas professional engineer for site-specific judgment.
